In our world, technology is the driving force behind how everything operates therefore we understand how detrimental and frustrating it can be for a business to suffer any downtime.

Eight Three AV offer a quick turn around on service calls and can provide an engineer to assess what has caused the error and where possible, look at solving the issue onsite to get the customer back up and running as quickly as possible. If the fault requires a replacement part, we will suggest ‘work arounds’ to keep the customer up & running and reduce downtime.

In both instances, a follow up report will be sent to the client detailing our findings (including any adjustments or recommendations made) to maintain visibility between the client and their customer(s).

If required and agreed between all parties, Eight Three AV will then arrange an engineer to revisit to complete the works and test that everything is fully functional.

Our aim is to get the customer back to full functionality as soon as possible to ensure business can continue as normal.
